Regarding custom orders, since each item ordered is custom made, please allow up to 14 days for your item to be created before it is shipped.
In stock orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and do not include Government observed holidays.
If you need an item before that time frame, please call to see if the work load will allow us to expedite your order and for a quote for shipping in a quicker manner.
From time to time, a vendor may be out of stock of a particular component. When this occurs, you will be notified of any delay. At that time, you can decide to wait until the component is available, at which time your order will be expeditied, change to order to another combination, or cancel. If you cancel, your full amount of the order including shipping charges will be refunded.
All packages are sent via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation through the USPS.
You will receive an email when you package is shipped with a tracking number.
Currently, we only ship to the US and all territories. We will be expanding shipping Canada shortly.
Lost Orders and Address Issues: We use the United States Post Office to ship. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrect delivery of packages once there is tracking information for your order. Should there be any issue after the package is entered in the USPS system, we encourage you to take your tracking number to the Post Office to see if they can give you any information regarding your package,
All orders are custom made to your specifications. Custom orders can be returned only if they are in the original packaging, there is no signs of damage or wear, and within seven (7) days of receipt.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The refund is for only the amount of the item ordered. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
